Mrs.Kerr was a beautiful lady. We both had the joy of having her for a math teacher and she's one teacher her students never forgot. Mrs. Kerr always remembered your name when she saw you around town. She will be missed by all.

In times whenhearts are broken, the time when tears are shed, there comes the greater comforter who once on Calvary bled. Although bruised and broken and all alone, He stood; not one word was spoken; but, our Savior understood. Retha Murphy Wilson 2002 Mrs. Kerr held a love that we need to retain for her 'extended families' in teaching and caring about their person. Let's not forget her military service; neither her love of husband and the farm they worked; nor, pride in her nieces and nephew or her red hat ladies and teaching alumni...

Miss Kitt was some one I looked up to. My Nana (Alice Robinson) and Kitty were close friends and I enjoyed all she taught me in the church choir. May you all have peace knowing she is in eternity with the God she loved so much!
