This is to my "everything"! It has been just over a week since you left us. I have been trying to write this ever since but it has just been too hard! Now I find myself the night before your memorial service trying to make myself get through this. A candle seems so dim for what you have done for me. Over 20 years ago, you lit something up for me - my whole life! And in all that time, you not only kept it lit but you made it brighter and brighter. It still hasn't hit me that you are gone. I miss telling you good night and good morning and every minute in between. In those years, we were called boyfriend and girlfriend, partners, fiancées, and sometimes husband and wife, but just like we told each other, we were more than that - we were each other's everything! There is so much I want to say but I just can't do it. So, just like in all these years, I'm not going to say goodbye, I'm saying I'll see you later!! (and I will)! I am going to sign this now and just like our cards to "my everything", I love you more!!!!! Always, John

I have known Sheila for 23 years when she started at Visage. She was a
good listener; good friend and it goes without saying a great beautician.
Although I left Bel Air 6 years ago I always made an appointment with
her just to catch up with her;about John (who I feel I know) and certainly her girls and grandchildren. I am so glad to have seen her

It took 4 days for me to have a good cry about losing Sheila, because I was in a state of shock and denial (I’m still feeling a great bit of both). I’ve known Sheila for 15+ years and we were quick to become friends. She saw me through so many trials and tribulations – they quickly brought me to fondly refer to her as family. Sheila saw me happy, sad, fat, skinny, in-love, out-of-love, you name it…she saw it and was always there for me. She never passed judgment and somehow always made me laugh about whatever was bothering me at the moment. Sheila also saw me through red, blonde, blue (yes blue), brunette, black, etc. and enjoyed the color roller coaster with me…we always joked about writing down my “current” color. Wishing I had a 100 more years to know this fabulous woman with the infectious laugh and passion for life.
