Message to the Family: Judy, you were always a strong and determined woman, and a person I admired. You always put your family and close friends first. I was blessed to be "adopted" into your family. We were included lovingly into all of the holidays and festivities. You were always kind and just to my son, Marcus, and were so loving to all of us at the time of his death. You wanted the best for your grandchildren, and worked towards all of their goals. You have left a fine legacy in them. You taught me a lot about forgiveness, and understanding, and unconditional love. I was able to grow a bit with you. We both loved our families, and you added a lot of special times for all of us. You never gave up, and even in your suffering you tried to give your best to all concerned. You were a woman who had little, but gave much. You could make me laugh, even if I felt like crying. You were quite the card shark, and dancer in your day. We both talked a lot about religion. You were Baptist. I was Episcopalian, but we both tried to serve the Lord, tried to teach the grandchildren about Jesus' eternal love for us. We were both Christians, and believed in eternal salvation. I know you're there with God, now, and I asked my son to greet you at the GATE of heaven. Please say "hello" to him. Now, I will miss both of you until I see you, again. Please continue to guide and protect Justin and Jacob, as I will now do. Watch over all of us, as we still needed you, but had to let you go in your suffering. I knew it was time for awhile, but just had trouble letting you go. God,in His infinite wisdom knew it was time. So, goodbye my friend until I meet You at the gate. Please meet me there.
