RALPH E. BOYD, age 76 years, of Red Lion, PA died at 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Manor Care in Dallastown, PA. He was the husband of Hazel B. (Cochran) Boyd. They observed their 53rd wedding anniversary on December 21, 2013.

Mr. Boyd was born in Tazewell, VA on December 15, 1937 a son of the late Sherman E. and Clara Beatrice (Graham) Boyd. He worked as a self-employed stone mason in both PA and MD and was known for the quality of his work. Mr. Boyd retired in 1999. Fond of both country life and the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting and family time, particularly with his grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 2 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA. Reverend Ray Powers will officiate.

Interment will be in Union Chapel Cemetery, Delta, PA.

A visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
