Life Story for Terry Lance Lough

TERRY LANCE LOUGH, age 72 years of Airville, Pennsylvania died at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania at 2:20 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2015.

Terry was born in Webster Springs, West Virginia on June 22, 1942, a son of Levi Vincent Lough of Litchfield, Ohio and the late Inis Maxine (Evans) Lough. He was a graduate of Webster Springs High School and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 – 1967, including one tour of duty in Vietnam. A longtime Maryland resident, he worked for 31 years at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, Maryland from which he retired in 1995. He enjoyed working with his hands and was particularly fond of leather and wood crafts as well as Native American crafts.

In addition to his father, Terry is survived by:
Two sons
Terry W. Lough of Airville, Pennsylvania
Christopher J. Lough and his wife, Tammy of Chesterfield, Virginia

One sister, Kathy Knight of Litchfield, Ohio

Three grandchildren - Crystal Victoria Lough, Alyssa Jordan Lough and Christopher Jason Lough, Jr.

One step grandson, Dillon Wayne

Terry is also survived by many friends.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Harkins Funeral
Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA.

Additionally, a viewing will be held on Monday, January 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Dodd and Reed Funeral Home, Inc., 155 McGraw Avenue, Webster Springs, WV 26288.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 27 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dodd and Reed Funeral Home.

Interment with military honors will be in Big Run Cemetery, Diana, West Virginia
