Life Story for Mary J. Krick

MARY J. KRICK, 81 years of Whiteford, MD, died on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. She was the wife of Frank S. Krick, Sr., with whom she had shared 63 years of marriage.

Born on February 11, 1934 in Fairfax, VA, she was a daughter of the late William and Laura (Mahaffey) Miller and was a longtime resident of Harford County. Working for the Bel Air Athletic Club, she had been the familiar face for children for over 12 years in the day care center. In earlier years, Mary had worked at several former local sewing factories. She was a 50 year member of Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church where she had sang in the choir, worked on the administrative board, was youth leader in addition to working with the younger children. She enjoyed flower gardening, was an avid reader and cherished times with her family.

Three brothers-
Ralph Miller of Ozark, AL
Ellsworth Miller of Dublin, MD
Ernest Miller of Rising Sun, MD

Two sisters-
Madeline Lamb of Perryville, MD
Shirley Blankenship of Abindgon, MD

Six grandchildren and a great grandchild as well as numerous nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Blaine Miller and Leonard Miller.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Mt. Nebo U.M.C., 962 Flintville Road, Delta, PA 17314 with the funeral service will begin at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate memorial contributions to her church at the above address.
