DAVID ROY BRODERICK, age 70 years, of Delta, PA died at 10:10 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Mowray) Broderick. They observed their 30th. wedding anniversary on July 6.
Dave was born in Monroe, Louisiana on November 23, 1944, a son of the late Ralph G. and Margery (Usher) Broderick. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and was a member and past secretary of the Darlington-Dublin V.F.W. Post #10146. From 1984-1994, he worked for Beard Concrete in Milford, CT and moved to Harford County, MD in 1997. He worked for several years as a repairman for Bel Air Sew & Vac and moved to Delta from Street, MD in 2011.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by eight children, numerous grand and great grandchildren, one sister and three brothers.
A time of remembrance will be held at the family home, 716 Main Street, Delta, PA on Sunday, August 9 beginning at 12 Noon.
