We will always remember and appreciate Miss Standiford’s patience and dedication as our Girl Scout Leader during the 1960’s. We were a rather rowdy group, but she persevered and taught us many things.

Deacon Standiford was a lovely person. She always remembered me, and when things were tough some years back, she sent me several encouraging notes which I appreciated very much. I'll miss seeing her, but she's at peace.
