Life Story for Christopher W. Townsend

Christopher W.  Townsend
CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM TOWNSEND, 60 years of Pylesville, MD, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 1, 2016 in his home. Married on March 6, 1984, he had shared 32 years of marriage with Susan (Carpenter) Townsend.

Born on July, 7, 1955 in Havre de Grace, he was a son of the late William and Mary Lou (Gohmert) Townsend. He graduated from Aberdeen High School, class of 1973. Chris was the proprietor of C&S Landscaping, Inc. for 23 years. He was a sports enthusiast, a Ravens and Orioles fan, and enjoyed traveling to Auburn University with his brothers-in-law for football games.

His sister Anne Stegall of Sarasota, FL

Two brothers in law-
Lee Carpenter and his wife, Bobbi of Forest, VA
Jim Carpenter and his wife, Diane of Westminster, MD

His niece Jaclyn Olivera, many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Harkins Funeral Home. Pastor Jack Dyson will officiate.
