Life Story for Eunice A. Anderson

Eunice A.  Anderson
EUNICE P. ANDERSON, age 90 years of Red Lion, PA died at 3:10 p.m. on Monday, July 4, 2016 at the Frey Village Senior Living in Middletown, PA. She was the widow of Philip Ernest Anderson who died on November 9, 1997.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Delta, PA on May 2, 1926, a daughter of the late Guy and Mary (Barton) Parthree. She was a 1944 graduate of Delta High School and a 1945 graduate of the York School of Cosmetology. As a Beautician and self-employed business woman, for a short time she was the owner and operator of Eunice’s Beauty Shop. Eunice worked hand-in-hand with her husband in their construction company, Sechrist & Anderson and later as Philip E. Anderson General Contractor.

Eunice was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Red Lion, PA.

She is survived by:
2 children-
A son, Philip L. Anderson, and his wife Barbara of Red Lion, PA
and a daughter.

2 sisters-
Janet Grove and Deloras Fisher of Red Lion, PA

1 brother-
Junior Parthree of York, PA

4 grandchildren

6 great grandchildren

Services will be private and interment will be held in the Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, York, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 45 First Ave. Red Lion, PA 17356.
