As I prepare to head over to your viewing and say goodbye I can't help but think back to the past two years--of times when I could have made the time to see you--of when I could have done more to try and bridge the gap between families. And when I think of these times I am angry with myself for not trying harder and I am sorry that I wasn't there for you. I hope you are at peace and now know how much you have always been loved and will always be missed. I hope to see you again someday and want to leave this poem I found that may help all those hearts that have been broken by your passing---
