Life Story for Martha L. Steinback

Martha L.  Steinback
MARTHA L. STEINBACK, 97 years of Felton, formerly of Airville, PA, died on Friday, February 17, 2017 in the home of her daughter. Born on October 27, 1919 in Williamsport, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Helen (Rathmall) Lundy. Martha met her late husband, Miles Steinback, who died on June 29, 2009, while working in Williamsport for Sylvania during WWII.

A homemaker, Martha was a longtime member of Bryansville United Methodist Church in Delta and was known to be very kind, happy and easy going.

She is survived by:
Two daughters-
Nancy A. Widman of Red Lion, PA
Sandra Lee McKinsey and her husband, Howard C. of Felton, PA

A brother, John Lundy of East Syracuse, NY

Two sisters-
Helen Smith of Montoursville, PA
Esther Gleckner of Elmira, NY

Six grandchildren-
Scott McKinsey
Brett McKinsey and his wife, Geri
Deborah Clayville
Rhonda Shindle and her husband, Tom
John S. Widman and his wife, Michele
Karen Widman and her fiancé, Matt Yeagle

Ten great grandchildren-Michael, Eric, Benjamin, Matt, Desiree, John, Jeff, Jaime, Jason and Kendell.

She was preceded in death by four siblings-Annie McCarty, William Lundy, Alice Lundy and Beaty Kahler.

Services will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Guinston Presbyterian Church, 14120 Guinston Forge Road, Brogue, PA 17309 with a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. followed immediately with the funeral service.

Interment will be in Bryansville Cemetery, Delta, PA.

In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate memorial contributions to the church at the above address.
