JANET LYNN VICKERS, 58 years of Whiteford, MD, died on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 in her home. Born on November 6, 1958 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of Verla Lee (Arnold) Felts of Whiteford, MD and the late Arnold Dayton Felts. Janet was a 1976 graduate of North Harford High School in Pylesville, MD and had attended New Covenant Community Church in Delta, PA. Devoted to family, Janet was an amazing mother, and her grandchildren were the center of her life. She was always smiling, kind, light hearted and loving. Her family remarked she will be greatly missed, and they will be saddened without the joy she brought to their lives.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by:
A daughter, Bobbi Jo Martinez and her husband, Joe Alex Martinez, Jr. of Delta, PA

Two grandsons-Christopher Matthew Eberly and Joe Alex Martinez, III, both of Delta

Three siblings-

Dwain D. Felts of Port Deposit, MD
Judy P. Brinck of Street, MD

She was preceded in death by her brother, David L. Felts in July of 2015.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA where the funeral will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday. Pastor Rodney Stamper of Bethany Baptist Church will officiate.

Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA.
