Aunt Dorothy, Just a month or so ago, we were at the farm talking about the planning of Samantha & Dan’s wedding. We talked about Madison and I working together and you expressed how you couldn’t believe how quickly everyone was growing up. We both laughed, and agreed, that in the blink of an eye, life changes. This statement could not be any truer right now! It feels as though it was just yesterday that we had this conversation. Before leaving that afternoon, we both said our typical goodbyes, gave each other a hug, and each of us told the other, “I love you.” Now, in just the quick blink of an eye, you are gone. Your calling came entirely too soon. Although the tears continue to flow, I do find much comfort in knowing that you are now free from all of the pain you have suffered with for many years, and that you have been re-united with Aunt Ruth, Aunt Lucille, and Pop-Pop. Please give them all a big hug and a kiss from me and tell them that I love them! You will forever be missed by everyone and please continue to watch over the family.
