CHARLES CORNELIUS MOXLEY, 60 of Delta, PA, died in his home on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Married on May 23, 2008, he was the beloved husband of Christine Suana (Shaw) Moxley, and they had shared thirteen years of marriage.

Born on February 7, 1961 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Albert Thomas Moxley and Margaret Mae (Felte) Moxley and had attended Baltimore City Schools. Charles began his career as a mechanic in Baltimore and then elevated to a technical editor first working for PH&H in Hunt Valley followed with ADP in Rockville, MD. He had attended Bryansville United Methodist Church in Delta and enjoyed coaching kids sports. Charles followed his favorite football team – the Baltimore Ravens, loved going to the ocean and crabbing. Most important to him was the time spent with his family.
