Obituary for Geraldine H. Shelley
Geraldine H. Shelley, age 92 years of Fawn Grove, PA died at her home at 3:26 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
Born in Delta, PA on August 5, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Thelma (Hamilton) Hutton. A graduate of Delta High School, Mrs. Shelley was employed as a secretary for the Bechtel Corporation at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station in Delta, Berwick and Limerick until her retirement in 1987. Following retirement, Mrs. Shelley continued her secretarial work at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in Lancaster.
Her joys in life were her family, especially her great grandchildren, traveling and shopping.
Mrs. Shelley is survived by
Three sons:
Sterling C. Shelley, Jr. of Fawn Grove, PA
Todd Shelley (wife Betsy) of Peach Bottom, PA
Kirk P. Shelley of Las Vegas, NV
She is also survived by four grandchildren, Christa Craig (husband David), Chad Shelley (wife Rebecca), Tyra Shelley, Lindsey Albright, and nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son; Paul Shelley and her siblings; Elaine Jobes, Margaret Singleton and Paul Hutton.
There will be a private service for family..
