JAMES EDWARD WEAVER, 90 of Lorien-Bel Air, formerly of Street, MD, died on Sunday, March 21, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Anna Marie (Leonard) Weaver with whom he had shared over 68 years of marriage.

Born on February 27, 1931 in Chilhowie, VA, he was a son of the late Carner Anderson Weaver, Sr. and Cora (Davis) Weaver. Ed moved from Virginia in the early 1950’s and worked as a welder for the former Harford Systems in Aberdeen, MD, retiring in 1993. Serving his Lord, he pastored the congregation for 7 years at the Delta Bible Chapel. Ed was an avid gardener, cherished times with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Known for his kind heart and loving spirit, he was always helping those in need.

He was preceded in death by his siblings: Bill Weaver, Brad Weaver, Pauline White and Janet Weaver.

Services will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA with a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. followed immediately with the funeral service. Reverend Ricky Blackburn will officiate with the interment in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, MD.
