Obituary for Lucille Elizabeth Malcolm

Lucille Elizabeth Malcolm, 90, of Delta, PA died at her home on Sunday, March, 13, 2022. Lucille was born in Baltimore, MD to her late parents David Ellsworth and Mary Lillian (Beck) Dick. She was married to the late Richard L. Malcolm.

Lucille was a vibrant woman who had a zest for life and was the greatest mom to her children. She enjoyed special trips to Ocean City, time spent on the beach and her home on the water. She was always joyful, enjoyed a good joke and was full of fun. She was in her greatest moments when surrounded by those she loved, whether family or friends. She and her husband Richard were proud members of the American Legion. Lucille was a member and worshiped at Slate Ridge Presbyterian Church in Whiteford, MD.

Lucille is survived by one daughter, Rosemary (Brian) Amos of Delta, PA. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Nicole (Jason) Paulinski, Amber Zinser, spouse of Chris Sekulski, Elizabeth (James) Markley, Steven Zinser and Krystal Zinser. In addition, she is survived by four great grandchildren: Katelyn (Mat) Korman, Jordan and William Foulke, Elliott Markley and five great-great grandchildren: Wyatt, Kendall and Bailey Korman, Charlotte and Landon Foulke. One sister, Dorothy Rode of Leesburg, FL and a host of loving nieces and nephews will forever cherish her memory.

In addition to her husband and parents, Lucille was predeceased by one son, Louis Leo Moroski, Jr. and one brother, David Ellsworth Dick, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Slate Ridge Presbyterian Church, or to an animal rescue or shelter of one’s choosing.
