Mitchell Nelson Lykins, 61, of Havre de Grace, died on August 18, 2022 at UMMC Harford Memorial Hospital. Mike, as he was known to his family and friends was born to his late parents, Alfred Mitchell Lykins and Loretta L. (Mitchell) Lykins, in Ilodi, OH.

Mike was loved and adored by all who knew him. He handled life with grace and compassion. He cherished the quiet and time spent with his buttons and knobs. He enjoyed eating ice cream, taking car rides with his family, swimming and listening to country music. He especially found great joy in tossing items from the deck at home and watching his sister run to retrieve them. Mike was a good man, who will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved him.

Mike is survived by his sisters, Karen (John) Brown of Conowingo, MD, Cathy L. (Barry) Mitchell of Havre de Grace, MD, Jane Conway of Mayer, AZ and his brother Jon (Cheryl) Lykins of Pheonix, AZ. Along with his brother and sisters, Mike will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mike was predeceased by one brother, Kevin Lykins.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
