For most of his working career, he was the manager at True Value in Shrewsbury, PA, and was known by many in the community from talking to him at the store. Tim was an avid outdoorsman, loving to fish, especially with his cousin Lance Jarrett in East Tennessee. He also loved to hunt and spend as much time as possible at his family homeplace deep in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Tim was also passionate about woodworking, anyone that had seen his work marveled at his talent.
