Life story prepared by her family -
TRELLA P. SPARKS, affectionately known by family and friends as “Dutch” went home to be with her Maker on Thursday, December 2, 2021. Dutch was born in Spring Creek, WV to the late Dorse and Violet (Perkins) Roberts. She met and married the love of her life, John “Howard” Sparks, and they built their family together. Everyone who knew Trella was immediately drawn to her. Her pride and joy was her family, especially her children. Dutch’s favorite past time was being with her family, but she also enjoyed yard work (especially mowing) and helping others. Dutch started life from a very humble beginning and went onto building a very loving home with Howard where everyone was welcomed.

Dutch was preceded in death by her parents: Dorse and Violet Roberts; loving husband, Howard; sister, Deloris Boyd; and brother, Dorsey Roberts.

She is survived by:
