A. Marie Pomraning, age 85 years, of The Villages, Fla, formerly of Fawn Grove,

PA, died at Lady Lake Special Care, Lady Lake, Fla on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. She was the wife of the late Harold L. Pomraning who died on June 29, 1999.

Mrs. Pomraning was born in Greenbriar County, West Virginia on February 26, 1927 a daughter of the late S. Clarence and Cleva (Pritt) Simmons. She had worked for many years as a bookkeeper for the South Eastern School District prior to her retirement. She was a member of Fawn United Methodist Church. Mrs. Pomraning moved to Florida to live with her daughter in 2008.

She is survived by a daughter- Sandra Krumrine of The Villages, Fla

A brother- Richard Simmons of Folsom, CA

3 Grandchildren- Bradley Krumrine, Meggan Clancy and Courtney Boyer.

6 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 18 at 2:00 PM at Fawn United Methodist Church, 67 S. Market St., Fawn Grove, Pa. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM at the church. Burial will be in Fawn Grove Cemetery.
