ALICE ANN RICE, age 63 years, of Aberdeen, Maryland died on Friday, September 2, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland.

Born on August 19, 1948 in Whiteford, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Stewart Anderson Rice, Sr. and Carrie (Booker) Rice. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity A.M.E. Zion Church in Delta where she had been active in the choir and with church kitchen responsibilities.

She is survived by:

A son, William E. Rice of Aberdeen, Maryland

A brother, Anthony C. Rice of Aberdeen, Maryland

She was preceded in death by her brother, Stewart Anderson Rice, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Trinity A.M.E. Zion Church, 1006 Main Street, Delta, PA 17314 with her pastor, Reverend Samuel Means officiating.

Interment will be in Trinity A.M.E. Zion Cemetery, Delta.

Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.
