ANDREW CLARENCE WADDELL, age 95 years of Street, Maryland died on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland, after a brief stay at Citizen's

Nursing Center. He was the husband of Ina Virginia Waddell for sixty-nine years.

Mr. Waddell was born on June 5, 1913 in Ceres, Virginia; a son of the late Allen Clarence Waddell and Ina Gertrude Waddell. For over thirty years, from 1939 through 1974, he worked as a managing supervisor molder at Martin-Marietta Airport in Essex, Maryland. From 1975 through 1978, he worked as a supervising carpenter at the Peach Bottom Nuclear Plant in Delta, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Waddell always enjoyed hunting, training his hunting dogs, gardening and operating a flea market and traveling. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janice Lee Phebus on April 15, 2003, and two sisters, Ann E. Farrington and Hazel V. Sparks.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2008 from 6 - 8 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 7th at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with interment in Rock Run Cemetery, Havre de Grace, Maryland.

Reverend Tracy J. Duvall of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, Street, Maryland will officiate.
