ANNIE MAE PHIPPS, 70 of Felton, PA, died on Monday, December 4, 2017 in Lancaster General Hospital. Born on December 26, 1946 in the State of Delaware, she was a daughter of the late Marvin and Ruthie (Harrold) King. A devoted mother and grandmother, Annie was strong in her spiritual faith, enjoyed reading and knitting.

She is survived by:

Four children-

JoAnn M. Webster, Eddie Dean Phipps, Sandy L. Bent and Tammy J. Boykin

Two sisters-

Betty Thomas and Stella King

She was loved by many grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, James King.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA followed immediately with the funeral service. Reverend Lanny D. Kilgore of New Covenant Community Church, Delta, PA will officiate.

Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland.
