Audrey J. Blevins, age 74 years, formerly of Pylesville, MD died at 12:30 pm on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Sterling Care Forest Hill in Forest Hill, MD. She was the wife of the late Denford W. Blevins who died on April 12, 1992.

Audrey was born in Lynchburg, VA on September 12, 1950, a daughter of the late Cecil Wilson and Annie Lee (Tabor) Wood. She came to Harford County as a young girl and graduated in 1968 from Aberdeen High School. For over thirty years, Audrey worked for Bell Atlantic, later Verizon, beginning in Bel Air and retiring as a Maintenance Administrator from their Hunt Valley, MD office. An avid reader, she loved the dogs that were her friends and companions over the course of her life.

Audrey is survived by:

One daughter, Christina L. Billings, and her husband, Jeffrey of Delta, PA

One brother, Cecil Wilson Wood of Dublin, MD

Two half-brothers, Hugh Bouchelle and Joseph Bouchelle, III

Two grandchildren, Joshua Billings and Anna Billings

Audrey is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 5 from 6 to 8 pm at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 6 beginning at 11 am at the funeral home.

Pastor Mark A. Rudd of the Trinity Free Will Baptist Church in Darlington, MD will officiate.

Interment will be in Highview Memorial Gardens, Fallston, MD.

The family is deeply appreciative of the wonderful care given to Audrey by the nurses, therapists and aides at Sterling Care.
