BETTY JUNE STEWART, age 76 years, of Delta, Pennsylvania died on Friday, October 9, 2009 at Misericordia Nursing Center in York, Pennsylvania.

Born on February 27, 1933 in Delta, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Bertha (Craig) Stewart. She had worked as a secretary at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County, Maryland for many years and was a member of Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church in Delta. She was a 50 year member of the Penn Mary Chapter of the O.E. S. in Cardiff, Maryland.

She is survived by her loving cousins.

Services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania with a visitation from 10 to 11 AM and the funeral service beginning at 11AM. Her minister, Pastor Dennis L. McCleary will officiate.

Interment will be in Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Delta.
