CLARENCE EDWARD WALTON, age 91 years, died on Sunday, December 23, 2012 in his home in Street, Maryland. He was the husband of Iris M. Walton who passed away on June 22, 2006.

Born on November 30, 1921 in Pylesville, Maryland, he was a son of the late Herbert and Edna (Peco) Walton. A lifetime resident of northern Harford County, Mr. Walton owned and operated his cattle hauling service, having worked with numerous farms in the area. He was a member of Fairview A.M.E. Church in Forest Hill and sister church, Chestnut Grove A.M.E. in Jarrettsville. He enjoyed watching R.F.D., the cable network dedicated to rural life and farming, trains and agriculture.

He is survived by three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters and a brother.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania followed immediately by the funeral service at 11 a.m.

Elder Dexter Fowler will officiate.

Interment will be private.
