CORNELIUS REINHART FINK, age 94 years of Havre de Grace, MD passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, April 23, 2015. He was the husband of Jean Walker Fink with whom he had shared 55 years of marriage at the time of her death.

Born on August 21, 1920 in Millstone, MD, he was a son of the late Jacob and Alice (Baker) Fink. A Purple Heart Medal recipient, Neil served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the European African Middle Eastern Theater. Following his honorable discharge, he took a position with Aberdeen Proving Ground as a machinist. Neil was a member of the American Legion Post #47 in Havre de Grace and enjoyed watching the annual Army vs Navy football game. He enjoyed creating stain glass art, woodworking and was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens teams. A golf enthusiast, he was a frequent player at golf tournaments.

Visitations will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA and on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 a.m.

Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with Reverend James Johnson of Dublin United Methodist Church presiding.

Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA with military honors presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
