CURTIS W. THOMPSON, age 75 years, died on Friday, December 10, 2010 in his home in Whiteford, Maryland. He was the husband of Esther (Brown) Thompson.

Born on October 31, 1935 in Delta, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Arthur and Nellie (Singleton) Thompson. A welder for 35 years, he had worked for Wiley Manufacturing in Port Deposit, Maryland and retired from Price Brothers in Perryman, Maryland. A lifetime resident of Whiteford, he enjoyed hunting, restoring old cars and woodcrafts. Mr. Thompson cherished time with his family and friends.

A brother, Arthur J. Thompson, Jr., and his wife, Elaine of Whiteford, Maryland

Loving nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania with Chaplain Richard Roberts officiating.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, Pennsylvania.
