Dale A. Ahmuty, 71, passed away from injuries sustained from a fire in his beautiful, long-term home on January 16th, 2023 in the small town of Delta, PA. He was the youngest son of the late Matthew E. and Jeannette Ahmuty, longtime residents of the area whom Dale took tremendous care of prior to their passing.

Dale was a Nuclear Training Instructor for many years with the Philadelphia Electric Company at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. Later he taught at North Harford High School in Harford County, MD and tutored mathematical concepts, including calculus. Dale is regarded as brilliant, charming, poetic, and generous in many ways. Warm thoughts of his deep, rolling laugh, kind heart, love of the theatre, and stories of his earlier life travel adventures will be remembered.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Matthew J. Ahmuty. Dale leaves behind his beloved niece and nephew, Elizabeth (McQueen) and John, along with their spouses and daughters, Skylar, Blakely, Willow, and Laurel. He enjoyed growing up with many cousins.

On behalf of the family we find solace and comfort from the bravery and kind-heartedness of all involved that evening in trying to save our Uncle's life. Your difficult volunteer work and dedication will endure.

Funeral services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
