DANIEL JAMES PFEIFER, 45 of Fawn Grove, PA died on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 in York Hospital. Born on May 19, 1977 in Towson, MD, he was one of four children born to Michael J. Pfeifer of Fawn Grove and the late Dolores Jane Pfeifer.

A 1995 graduate of Kennard Dale High School, Daniel had been a lifetime member of St. Mary, Pylesville Catholic Parish. Daniel had worked in the food and wine industry. He started at Naylor's Wine Cellars and Boordy Vineyards and moved on to a number of restaurants in the area including Geneva Farms Golf Club and Steele Fish Grille. He was a lover of animals and always had time and a place to care for the stray and injured.

Kimberly Pfeifer and her husband, Richard LeClaire of Ellicott City, MD

Jennifer Wilcox and her husband, Eric of Dallastown, PA

Zachary Pfeifer and his wife, Megan Prior-Pfeifer of San Jose, CA

A niece, Sophie LeClaire and four nephews: Luca LeClaire, Russell, Eric and Gavin Lewis.

And his two cats: Pita and Bella.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 29th at 10 a.m. in St. Mary, Pylesville Catholic Parish, 1021 St. Mary's Road, Pylesville, MD. Reverend John Rapisarda will be the celebrant of the mass followed with burial of the urn in the adjoining church cemetery.
