DAVID VAUGHN EDWARDS, Jr., age 43 years, of Whiteford, MD died at his home at 4:20 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2011.

David was born in Havre de Grace, MD on November 15, 1967, a son of David Vaughn and Gloria Jean (Tibbs) Edwards, Sr. of Whiteford. He was a 1985 graduate of North Harford High School in Pylesville, MD. David was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

A master plumber, he ran the family business, Dave Edwards Plumbing for several years and later worked as the plumbing inspector for Harford County. He loved to fish, and he loved to ride his motorcycle.

Two children: Tyler David Edwards and Mary Catherine Edwards of Airville, PA

One brother: Darren Vaughn Edwards, Sr. and his wife Lisa of Chesterfield, SC

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 9 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Bridge Regular Baptist Church, 32 Wyatt Lane, Colora, MD 21917

Elders J. Fred Wyatt and Clarence E. Rowland will officiate

Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Friends may call at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA on Monday evening, August 8 from 6 to 9 p.m.
