DAVID L. ROLAND, age 35 years, of Rising Sun, MD died on Monday, January 30, 2012 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Born on November 1, 1976 in Jennersville, PA, he was a son the late John J. and Patricia A. (Scarborough) Roland. A lifetime resident of Cecil County, MD, he had worked in construction for Hayden Homes of Rising Sun, MD. Mr. Roland was of the Baptist faith.

Bonnie Rios and her husband, Marty &

Dianna Stanley and her husband, Robert, all of Rising Sun, MD

Lisa Hanna and her husband, David of Oxford, PA

Three nephews and a niece.

He was preceded in death by a brother, John J. Roland, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA with interment in Tabernacle Cemetery, Whiteford, MD.
