DEBORAH ANN OWENS, age 64 years of Delta, PA died on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at home after battling cancer.

Ms. Owens was born in Danbury, CT on November 1, 1951 a daughter of the late Willard F. and Lucille D. (Courtney) Hunt. Living most of her life in the Delta area, she enjoyed her community as a Clerk at Saubel's Market in Whiteford, MD. She liked visiting with customers every day. Slots and scratch-off were a fun pastime for her along with gardening and she loved her dogs.

Ms. Owens is survived by:

Her son: Richard Owens and his wife, Rauchelle of Stewartstown

And her daughter: Lisa H. Glassman, and wife Gennifer of Florida

Six siblings:

Patricia Hodges and her husband Stanley of Delta, PA with whom Deb resided;

Robin Hutchinson and her husband Rick, of Bel Air

Billy Hunt and his wife, Victoria of Essex

Ricky Hunt and his wife, Cindy of Bel Air

Bonnie Burke of Essex

Linda Hubbe of Bel Air

Three grandchildren: Veronica, Felicia, and J.C. Owens

One great grandchild: Aidain Owens.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 28 at 3:00 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St. Delta, PA with Pastor Donald Alspaugh officiating.
