Della was born on May 18, 1954 at Flag House Court in Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated from Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland on June 14, 1986. Della was a Registered Nurse at Perry Point Veterans Administration Medical Center in Perryville, Maryland from September 1986 to April 28, 2012.

Della is survived by:

Her husband, Livio William Cillo

Her ex-husband, Bert Edgar Turnmire

Her oldest son, Wayne Edgar Turnmire and his wife, Cassey Renee Turnmire

Her youngest son, Bert Russell Turnmire and his wife, Bethy Jean Turnmire

Stepchildren-

Billy, Peggy, Roger and Gara

Also survived by 12 grandchildren.

Visitations will be held on Friday, May 4th from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, May 5th from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Church of God of Prophecy, 9 Glenville Road, Churchville, Maryland with the funeral beginning at 11 a.m.

Pastor Tony Wallen will officiate.

Interment will be in Darlington Cemetery, Darlington, Maryland.
