DONALD LEE PUCKETT, age 68 years, of Bel Air, Maryland, died on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air.

Born on March 19, 1941 in Darlington, Maryland, he was a son of the late Walter and Zita (Halsey) Puckett. He was a United States Army Veteran. With 35 years of service, he retired from working as a truck driver for Maryland Portable Concrete of Aberdeen, Maryland in March of 2009. He was a good son and brother, and devoted to his two dogs, Emma and Angel.

He is survived by:

A brother, Ralph Puckett and his wife, Sally of Pylesville, Maryland

He was preceded in death by a niece, Valerie Puckett.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania with Reverend James B. Shuler of Pine Grove Presbyterian Church, Airville, Pennsylvania will officiate.

Interment will be in Darlington Cemetery, Darlington, Maryland.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
