DONNA LOUISE EID, age 74 years of Stewartstown, PA died at her home on Friday, January 27, 2016. She was the wife of Joseph E. Eid, Jr. On February 25, 2016 they observed their 55th. wedding anniversary.

Mrs. Eid was born in Cumberland, MD on August 18, 1942 a daughter of the late Ellie Matthew and Adell Magdelene (Garlitz) Swauger. She worked for the former American National Bank in Baltimore, beginning in the early 1970's as a teller and retiring as a supervisor in 1998. Donna and her husband moved to Stewartstown from Baltimore County in 1989. In retirement, she enjoyed caring for her family and home.

Two children: Joseph E. Eid, III and his wife, Jolene of Tampa, FL

Rodney W. Eid and his wife, Gina of Red Lion, PA

Six grandchildren: Dustin, Travis, Corey, Brandon, Taylor and Rodney, Jr.

One great grandson: Kameron

Two sisters: Dixie Fuggi of Dublin, MD and Geraldine Jackson of Dundalk, MD

She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Matthew Eid who died in 2005.

Friends may call at the Harkins Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 31 from 11 am to 1 pm.

The funeral service will begin at 1 pm Tuesday with Deacon Phillip Seneschal of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Pylesville, MD officiating.

Interment will be in Round Hill Cemetery, Felton, PA.

Funeral staff will be outside during all services to assist with parking as well as handicap needs.
