EARL F. CULLER, age 80 years, of Street, Maryland died on Monday, March 10, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. He was the husband of Ruth E. (Thomas) Culler, and on February 14th they celebrated their forty-ninth wedding anniversary.
Mr. Culler was born on January 7, 1928 in Colora, Maryland; he was a son of the late Marsh Matt Culler and Sadie Florence (Ferguson) Culler. He was lifetime resident of the State of Maryland. He was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during WWII. He worked as a pump operator for Baltimore City at the Deer Creek Pumping Station for twenty-six years. He was a lifetime member of Slate Ridge American Legion Post #186 in Whiteford, Maryland. He was known to love his Farmall tractor.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by:
A brother, Hoyt Culler of Perryville, Maryland
Loving nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his siblings:
A sister, Opal Preston in December 2002
Brothers-Hal Culler in August 2003 and Ralph Marsh Culler in December 2007
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania. Visitation from 10 to 11 AM with the funeral service beginning at 11AM.
Reverend Gerald T. Brown will officiate.
Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland.
Pallbearers will be: Sean Dillsworth, Howard Kelly, Gary Coomes, George Dawson, Wayne Culler and Mark Tenly.
