Edith Ruth Billings, 68, of Street, MD, died on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. She was born to her late parents, George and Josephine Riffey in Smith County, VA. She is survived by her beloved husband, Talmage Billings at home.

She will always be remembered for her baking and cooking, especially her liver and onions. She enjoyed taking trips with her husband, or being at home in his loving arms.

In addition to her loving husband, Edith is survived by her son, Merle Ashely, of Street, MD; one granddaughter, Brandie Ashley and one great grandson Ayden Shane Mullins. She is also survived by one brother, Mike Riffey, of Bethany Beach, DE.

In addition to her parents, Edith was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
