EDWARD FRIEDRICH SENKBEIL, 38 years of Upperco, MD, died on Sunday, April 24, 2016 in his home. Married on December 20, 2007, he had shared 8 years of marriage with Sonya (Zito) Senkbeil.

Born on May 17, 1977 in York, PA, he was a son of Kenneth Robert Senkbeil of Fawn Grove, PA and the late Kaye Elaine (Crum) Senkbeil. A certified fire fighter, he worked as an EMT for fire departments in Montgomery, Carroll and Baltimore counties in MD as well as Adams and York counties in PA. Ed was Hazmat certified, worked as a certified storm chaser for the NWS and participated in relief efforts after Hurricanes Katrina and Gustav. He will forever be remembered for his selfless works and kindness.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 405 N. Market St. Fawn Grove, PA. Reverend Shane Bennett and Reverend Dr. Douglas Winward will co-officiate.
