It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elaine Frances Vanhart on

December 3 rd , 2025, in Rising Sun Maryland. Elaine Frances Vanhart was born on

September 20 th , 1951, in Baltimore County, Maryland. She was a Homemaker and

enjoyed collecting clocks, bluegrass music, looking at old houses and cars, studying the

bible, collecting dolls, collecting anything unusual things like purses, pens. She is

survived by her husband Clarance Vanhart, her son Timothy Vanhart, three

grandchildren Kevin Vanhart, Zachary Vanhart and Andrew Gill, her brother Henry

Plumer and her sisters Kathy Plumer, Mary Hed-nck and Michele Plumer. She was

preceded in death by her father Henry J. Plumer and her mother Doris Plumer and her

sister Patricia Holt. Funeral services will be held on December 10th, 2025, with a

visitation at 11am followed by the funeral service at 12pm at Wagner-Elfner and Harkins

funeral home at 600 Main Street Delta, PA 17314. Graveside services are to be held at

Bel Air Memorial Gardens 809 Rock Spring Rd Bel Air MD 21014 at 1pm. Following the

graveside service a reception will be held at Wakefield Bible Church at 2310 Robert

Fulton Hwy Peach Bottom PA 17563. Memorials may be made to Wakefield Bible

Church in lieu of flowers at the family's request.
