ELIZABETH SNYDER DAVIS, age 83 years, died on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 in her home in Pylesville, Maryland. She was the wife of Charles Gladden Davis, and they shared sixty-three years of marriage.

Mrs. Davis was born on February 18, 1924 in Pylesville, Maryland; she was a daughter of the late John Wilbur and Gladys (Merryman) Snyder. She was a lifetime resident of Pylesville, and a member of Fawn United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, traveling and spending time with her family. She

delighted in being with her grandchildren.

Linda Wiley and her husband, Robert of Columbia, Maryland

Joan Donoghue and her husband, Jay of Silver Spring, Maryland

Charles David Davis and his wife, Cyndi of Pylesville, Maryland

Seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Private funeral services with interment were held for her family.
