ELMER E. BOSLEY, age 89 years, of Street, Maryland, died on Friday, January 16, 2009 at University of Maryland-Shock Trauma in Baltimore, Maryland from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

Mr. Bosley was born on December 30, 1919 in Rocks, Maryland; he was a son of the late James Wilbur and Sadie (Kennedy) Bosley. He was a farmer; he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He attended Emory United Methodist Church in Street, Maryland.

He is survived by:

A brother, Charles W. Bosley of Street, Maryland

Two sisters-

Mildred V. Hopkins of Whiteford, Maryland

Mary Ruth Jones, also of Street

A nephew, five nieces and numerous great nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by siblings-Anna Streett, Fulton Bosley and Walter Bosley.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 20th at Emory United Methodist Church, 911 Cherry Hill Road, Street, Maryland with a visitation from 10 to 11 AM, with the funeral service following at 11 AM.

His pastor, Reverend Dr. Paul Benjamin will officiate.

Interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Street, Maryland.
