Emma was the daughter of the late Alex and Ruth (Quillen) Hall.
She drove a school bus for Harford County Board of Education. In her early years, she was a member of Conowingo Baptist Church in Conowingo, Maryland. She attended Franklin Baptist Church in Darlington, Maryland. Friends and family remarked that she loved to swim and water ski. She was known as a very loving and kind woman.
She is survived by:
Three daughters-Sandra Slade and Patricia Thompson of Darlington, Maryland; Kathy Taylor of Aberdeen, Maryland
Two sons-Larry Fox of Darlington, Maryland; Michael Fox of Cape May, New Jersey
Four brothers-Woodrow Hall of Darlington, Maryland; Clarence Hall of Wilmington, North Carolina; Donald Hall of Georgia; W. Richard Hall of Edgewood, Maryland
Five sisters-JoAnn VanDyke and Wilma Cheek of Florida; Rosemary Britt of Georgia; Dorothy Wilson of Perryville, Maryland; Betty Kegerreis of Aberdeen, Maryland
Twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was the former wife of Jesse G. Fox of Darlington, Maryland.
She was preceded in death by her brother, John R. Hall.
