Eva Mae Delp-Cole, 77, of Whiteford, MD, passed away peacefully on February 4,2026 at 8:25 p.m. at Upper Chesapeake Hospital.

She was born November 11, 1948 in Bel Air, MD to her loving parents Strawder Delp and Martha (Herring) Delp. She had a strong work ethic and a love for all things farming.

She met her future husband Robert “Bobby” Cole Jr., while he was building a barn on the farm. They later married on April 4,1984. He preceded her in death on February 18, 2025. They were happily married for 42 years and now they are reunited.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Jo Cole (husband Vince Corkadel); three granddaughters, Kayla, Aubrey and Hannah Williams. She is also survived by her sister Veda Cooper and brother Dan Delp of Whiteford, MD.

Eva had a kind, loving heart. She enjoyed her Church community and the many friends she had within her Bible study groups. She loved going out to eat with her friends and family. She also loved to watch television. You could often find her in her recliner every night watching “her” crime shows.

A memorial will be held in her honor at Faith Community Chapel (FCC), 424 Broad Street Extended, Delta, PA 17314 on February 28, 2026 at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be made in her honor to her church at the above address.
