Evelyn E. Aubel, age 88 years of Delta, PA died on Wednesday, Sept. 29 at home. She was the wife of the late Clyde Aubel who died in 1989.

Mrs. Aubel was born on January 5, 1922 in Gatchelville, PA a daughter of the late Clarence and Lulu (Snyder) Skelton. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, reading and keeping her diary.

Mrs. Aubel was a life member of the Penn-Mary Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of Bryansville United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of the former Fawn Township High School.

She is survived by 1 son and his wife- Dean A. and Patty Aubel of Delta, PA

2 grandchildren- Dale T. Aubel of Delta, PA and Donna L. Sizemore and her husband Thomas of Airville, PA.

8 great-grandchildren

1 niece and 1 nephew.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a daughter Linda Sue Aubel and 1 brother Clifton (Tuck) Skelton.

Funeral service will be on Monday, October 4 at 11 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA with Rev. James Baldwin officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home for 1 hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Fawn Grove Cemetery.
