EVELYN A. SAYLOR, age 91 years, of West Grove, formerly of Delta, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Laurelwood Nursing Home in Elkton, Maryland. She was the wife of George Saylor who died in December 1989.

Born on February 9, 1918 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late William and Minnie (Burmel) Cavey. She worked for over 30 years as a production line worker for Calvert Distillery in Baltimore. She had previously lived in the Delta area for 40 years before moving to West Grove in 2001.

Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2009 at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania from 6 to 8 PM.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, the 21st at 11 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Judy Walker of Bryansville/Delta United Methodist Churches officiating.

Interment will be in Bryansville Cemetery, Delta.
