FLOYD JESSE TAYLOR, age 73 years of Whiteford, Maryland died on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. He was the husband of Bernice M. (Zeller) Taylor, and on January 2, 2008 they observed their 49th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Taylor was born on January 4, 1935 in Hancock, Maryland; a son of the late Jessie C. and Elizabeth E. Taylor. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked from 1962-1969 as a Baltimore City jail guard. He moved to Harford County inn 1991.

A brother, Harry Taylor and his wife, Ruth of Hancock, Maryland.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2008 from 7 - 9 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Deacon Phillip Seneschal of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Parish officiating.

Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland.
