Frances Joyce Welker, 84, of Delta, PA, died on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at home. Frances was born on November 7, 1937 in Carbondale, PA to her late parents, Glen A. and Frances E. (Rotherforth) Estabrook. Frances is survived by her loving and devoted husband Irwin K. Welker, at home.

Frances and Irwin wed on June 16, 1962 and shortly after moved to Delta, where she remained a resident until her death. Prior to marriage, Frances worked as a secretary for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Coatesville. Frances was a very competent, committed and skilled worker. She was a caring, loving and kind woman who; loved to shop, buy presents for loved ones (even if they were never given), enjoyed nice things, loved the color pink and was especially fond of her home. She was deeply committed to and loved her "Dear" Irwin. A quiet and reserved lady, one of her greatest joys was worshiping her Lord and attending church at Calvary Chapel in Delta.

In addition to her husband, Frances is survived by Wesley and Jenny Eshelman of Delta, PA. Wesley has had a special relationship with Irwin and Frances since the age of five. They love Wesley as if he was their child and are proud to have grown their "family" with Wesley and Jenny's two children; Kylee and Wesley, Jr. Wesley wrote that he and Frances could talk for hours, joking and having fun. Frances is also survived by a niece, Amy Estabrook of Virginia Beach, VA and a sister-in-law, Barbara Kleinfelter of Elizabethtown, PA.

In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by one brother, Kenneth Estabrook and one nephew, Tyler Estabrook.
